Preamble

Any order on www.tablesoccer.org/store will be subject to these terms and conditions.

These are intended to lay down rules on sales, rights and obligations, including conditions of order, payment, delivery and possible returns/exchanges for items purchased by customers.

Any validation order implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

ARTICLE 1 – ORDERING
Shipping costs are calculated according to current rates. Paid orders engage the customer irrevocably.

You must verify the completeness and compliance information you provide when ordering, especially concerning the delivery address.

We could not be held responsible for any data entry errors and consequences (delays or delivery errors).In this context, the costs incurred for the return of the order would be at your own cost.

Any order placed with TABLE SOCCER STORE will be validated with an order confirmation as soon as possible by e-mail, if it has been correctly mentioned when entering your contact information.

We recommend that you save on your computer or print a copy of the order until receipt of this email.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy to comply with Article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code. However, if an error or omission appears on the product description, the TABLE SOCCER STORE responsibility could not be committed. Our product offers are only valid on our site www.tablesoccer.org/store and depend on stocks availability.

In the event of unavailability after ordering, we inform the client by email if it has been correctly noted when entering your contact information.

The selection and purchase of a product are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Pictures and descriptions of items do not enter the contractual field.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICING
Sale prices are in Euros, excluding VAT (€ HT). VAT (Value Added Tax in force in France) is not applicable (section 293 B of the General Tax Code). If our VAT exemption were to be challenged, this change will be reflected in the price of items without notification.

Product prices may change at any time depending on the pricing policy of manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and TABLE SOCCER STORE.

The price does not include shipping costs.

Shipping costs are customer’s responsibility and are charged in addition to the product sales price. Shipping fees vary depending on the area of delivery and weight of the package (ex : extra due to customs charges, dock dues...)

The buyer will always be informed before the final order step about delivery charges (excluding brokerage fees), and payment will be applied to the buyer for the total cost of the order : items price + shipping cost.

Thus, the confirmation of the order by the buyer implies that he agrees to pay the associated delivery charges.Shipping fees cannot constitute a valid reason for questioning the order after its final recording.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY
Products available will be prepared in D + 2 maximum time (working days), after payment of the order. The deadlines are indicative and are announced after the order has been sent.

ARTICLE 5 - EXCHANGE, RETURNS AND RIGHTS TO RETRACT
Pursuant to Article L.121-1 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the product or products that do not fit in order to make the exchange or a refund. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In that case, you need to follow the following procedure:

The product or products must be packed in their original packaging. Make a copy of your bill and surround the product or products concerned, mentioning if necessary the size of the desired product, and put in on the package.

If you don’t respect all these conditions, products cannot be returned or refunded. After receipt of your package, we will exchange or send you the desired products.

WARNING: Items that could be customized are not returned or exchanged except error from TABLE SOCCER STORE or in case of defective product. For any item returned for "defective" reason, please specify on separate letter the nature of the default.

ARTICLE 6 – LEGAL CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Exempt of liability: force majeure.

Any fact or circumstance irresistible, unpredictable and beyond the control of the parties is considered as fortuitous event or force majeure, exempting from liability. In such circumstances, it is preferable to examine the impact of the event and find an agreement on the conditions under which the contract will be continued.

The invalidation of a clause does not affect other clauses.

If one or more of these terms are held to be invalid or declared as such under any law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, other clauses shall remain in full force.
